Fitz Airlines has announced a full-scale transformation spanning its fleet, brand identity, and operational structure. This ambitious overhaul aims to position the airline for greater global competitiveness and enhanced service quality. As part of this initiative, Fitz Express — the group's former low-cost arm — has officially rebranded as flinx, signaling a bold new direction in its budget travel operations.
The airline's mainline fleet is undergoing significant modernization. Fitz Airlines will now operate a mix of wide- and narrow-body aircraft, including the Airbus A350-900, Airbus A380-800, Boeing 737 Max 10 (replacing the Max 8), Boeing 787-10, and the Boeing 777-300ER, which has been upgraded from its previous use under Fitz Express to include enhanced business class cabins and an improved inflight entertainment system. These changes reflect the airline’s commitment to a premium and consistent passenger experience.
Meanwhile, flinx will standardize its operations with a modernized fleet of Airbus A321-NEO and newly added Airbus A330-NEO aircraft. This shift will replace its current A320-NEO fleet, which is set to be sold to Cebu Pacific, a leading low-cost carrier based in the Philippines.
Fitz Airlines Cargo remains unaffected and will continue operating its Boeing 747-400F and Airbus A350F for freight services. The entire overhaul is expected to reach full completion by the end of 2025, marking a transformative new chapter for the Fitz Airlines Group.
