FITZLAND VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Overview

The Republic of Fitzland maintains a secure, modern, and efficient immigration system that balances national security with global openness. All visa processing and border control operations are managed by the Fitzland Immigration Authority (FIA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Fitzland offers the following visa categories:

1. Visa-Free Entry

2. e-Visa (ETA)

Visa-Free Entry (Up to 90 Days)

1. Visa-Free Countries Include:

Nationals of designated countries may enter Fitzland without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

• NATO, UK, & EU/EEA countries

• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

• Japan, China, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia

Conditions:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months

• Proof of onward or return travel

• Accommodation confirmation or local sponsor (if requested)

2. e-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization - ETA)

Citizens of countries not eligible for visa-free entry may apply online for a Tourist, Business, Family Visit, or Transit visa.

Details:

• Valid for stays of 30–90 days

• Single or multiple entries

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Cost: $30–$80 USD

3. Standard Visa (Embassy/Consular Application)

Citizens of countries not eligible for e-Visa must apply for a Standard Visa through a Fitzland Embassy, Consulate, or Authorized Visa Center. This visa is also required for long-term stays or specific purposes not covered under the e-Visa program.

4. Special Long-Term Permits

• Global Talent Pass (GTP)

  • 2–5 year residency for tech, green energy, education, arts

  • No job offer required; must show proof of internationally recognized achievement or innovation

• Digital Nomad Visa

• 12-month renewable permit for remote workers

• Minimum income: $3,500 USD/month

• Includes access to co-working hubs and reduced tax incentives

• Investor Visa

  • For those investing $500,000+ in Fitzland-based businesses, real estate, or innovation zones

  • Fast-track to permanent residency after 3 years

Border Entry Requirements

All travelers (including visa-free entrants) must:

• Hold a valid passport (6+ months)

• Present either a valid visa, e-Visa approval, or qualify under visa-free status

• Provide a return/onward ticket

• Undergo biometric verification at port of entry

Entry Restrictions

Entry is prohibited to individuals who:

FIA enforces all border and immigration policies with zero tolerance for:
