Sunny Isle Region, Fitzland — In a decisive move to strengthen national energy security, Fitzland has officially unveiled its newly constructed RaphaOil Refinery, one of the most advanced facilities in the region. The launch comes at a critical time, as global fuel markets face volatility amid the ongoing tensions surrounding the Iran conflict, driving fuel prices upward across Southeast Asia. While many neighboring countries face supply constraints, Fitzland has maintained relative stability through strategic stockpiling and expanded refining capacity, ensuring a steady and reliable fuel supply.
The refinery is owned and operated by RaphaOil, a fast-growing subsidiary of ARX Holdings. Designed and built by Elevated Engineering in collaboration with global industry leaders Shell and Chevron, the facility incorporates advanced refining technologies and highly efficient production systems. With an estimated capacity of one million barrels per day, the refinery significantly enhances Fitzland’s ability to meet domestic demand while supporting regional supply networks.
Beyond national needs, the RaphaOil Refinery is expected to play an important role in Southeast Asia’s energy landscape as a reliable trading partner for refined petroleum products. Working alongside established refining hubs such as those in Singapore, Fitzland aims to contribute to a more stable and interconnected regional supply chain. The project is also anticipated to drive economic growth by generating jobs, supporting industries, and strengthening Fitzland’s position in international energy trade.
Despite this major investment in oil infrastructure, the refinery aligns with Fitzland’s long-term vision under Masterplan 2030, which aims to transition the nation toward a fully electric transportation system. Officials emphasized that the facility serves as a strategic bridge, ensuring energy stability during the transition to electric mobility and fusion-powered systems. While refined fuels will continue to support aviation, maritime operations, and essential industries, Fitzland remains committed to reducing reliance on fossil fuels in the years ahead. In this way, the RaphaOil Refinery supports both present demands and the nation’s sustainable future.
